My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were comfortable with great amenities, although a bit warm due to noisy neighbors. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is definitely worth recommending due to its excellent location and facilities.

The hotel's location is excellent for the Plymouth Pavilions and the city center, but it can get noisy with revellers at times. The rooms could have used a good deep clean as the remote control and bath were not up to standard. The service was lovely and accommodating, although we had to replace an item. The dining experience wasn't the best with food stuck on plates. However, the hotel is close to the ferry port, which is convenient for travelers.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The room was very pleasant and spacious with a clean bathroom, but it was a bit concerning that the lock wasn't functioning properly when I arrived. The beautiful decor and ample space made up for it, although the room did get quite warm, and the fan provided wasn't very effective.
